Jacob Batalon Marries Veronica Leahov in French Wedding as His Spider-Man Co-Stars Attend
The actor and interior designer celebrated their marriage with an intimate three-day celebration in the south of France, surrounded by family, friends and several Spider-Man co-stars.
Jacob Batalon and Veronica Leahov have celebrated their marriage with a beautiful three-day wedding celebration in the south of France.
The 29-year-old Spider-Man: Brand New Day star and the 34-year-old interior designer gathered with family and close friends from August 25 to 27, following their earlier private courthouse wedding.
A Three-Day Celebration in Provence
Batalon and Leahov said they always wanted their wedding to be more than a single evening. The couple chose to create an intimate experience where their closest friends and family could spend several days together.
Keeping the celebration small was especially important to them, allowing them to spend meaningful time with the people who traveled from different parts of the world to attend.
The wedding took place at Château de Tourreau in Sarrians, a historic luxury property in Provence. The couple said they were drawn to the venue because it felt like “its own little world” and captured the romantic atmosphere of the south of France.
Spider-Man Stars Join the Celebration
Several of Batalon’s Spider-Man co-stars were among the 56 guests at the wedding.
Zendaya, Tom Holland, Tony Revolori, Remy Hii and Zach Barack were all in attendance. Hii and Barack appeared in Spider-Man: Far From Home.
The couple’s adorable Maltipoo, Vulpix, also played a part in the celebration, appearing in the arms of a bridesmaid during the ceremony.
Handwritten Vows and Elegant Wedding Looks
Batalon and Leahov exchanged handwritten vows on Wednesday, August 26. Neither had heard the other’s vows before the ceremony, making the moment particularly emotional.
Leahov wore a strapless corset wedding gown by Galia Lahav before changing into a long-sleeved lace dress from the designer.
Batalon chose a classic black tuxedo from Suitsupply for the ceremony and later changed into a white suit jacket for the reception.
A Fairytale Celebration
The couple’s first dance was set to “All That Really Matters” by Illenium and Teddy Swims. The celebration also featured live musicians, a magician, a live painter and a fireworks display.
Reflecting on the wedding, Batalon and Leahov said the setting and decorations were beautiful, but the love surrounding them was what truly made the occasion feel like a fairytale.
After the festivities ended and the couple returned to their room alone, they said the emotions of the day finally sank in.
For Batalon and Leahov, the intimate celebration in Provence became more than a wedding—it was several days spent celebrating their marriage with the people closest to them.
